Summer is definitely here on Whidbey. I am so happy is to be here for the next few months. I have cleaned up the furniture; dressed the yard for the summer; set up the croquet and prepped the grill for a summer of effortless entertaining in between weddings.
As with most gatherings, they are last minute and casual so I need to keep a collection of easy appetizers and easy desserts on the ready. A well stocked pantry and my local butcher make the rest come easily together. What is your secret for effortless entertaining?
